RAFT Diversion Program

In 2021, K.S.A. 21-6825 was passed establishing the Recovery From Addiction Funded Treatment (RAFT) program. This is a certified substance use disorder (SUD) treatment program for certain persons who have entered into a diversion agreement in lieu of further criminal proceedings. People who enter this diversion agreement may receive SUD treatment for up to 18 months via traditional SB 123 funding and processes.
