FY 2012 KSC Annual Report
The Kansas Sentencing Commission FY 2012 Annual Report is based on the sentencing data reported from 103 counties of the state and the adult prison data contributed by the Kansas Department of Corrections in FY 2012. To view the full report

The Commission is taking orders for the new 2012 Kansas Sentencing Guidelines Desk Reference Manual. One of the largest projects of the agency, the DRM contains valuable information regarding recent updates to the new drug grid, including pertinent quantities and dosage information. Over 460 new crime listings were added as a result of the last legislative session. Spiral bound copies are $25 each and CD's are $15 each. The 2012 order form may be found

Newsletter and Case Law Updates
Beginning in 2013, the Commission newsletter and case law updates will be published quarterly rather than monthly. Due to staffing resources, the decision was made to change the frequency of the publication. Any urgent announcements will still be posted on our website and included in a broadcast to subscribers in a timely fashion. If you have not already done so, please sign up. The next edition will be published in April.
